MedNexus

A hybrid, blockchain-native EHR platform — now live at mednexus.store — combining on-chain identity, consent and tamper-evident record references with protected off-chain medical data. The core platform is deployed and in active testing as we harden functionality and expand capabilities.

Architecture
React/Vite frontend, NestJS orchestration backend, PostgreSQL data layer, and upgradeable UUPS smart contracts for identity, record references and consent — deployed and running end to end.
Expected impact
A modular healthcare technology asset for hospital networks, providers and insurers needing secure data exchange, consent governance and compliance-aligned workflows.
Future vision
Become the interoperability backbone for patient-governed health data across institutions and borders.
